Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Understand Customer Requirements - Internal NPD team
- Planning Dispatch Schedule with the help of Production team.
- Keep record of sales trends
- Stay up-to-date with current product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
