About this opportunity:
- Ericsson is looking for a diligent and competent Associal Domain Support Specialist. This role centers on ensuring that our services and resources are efficiently activated, configured, and tested. Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems
- Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, process management, networking and log analysis.
- Basic understanding of Intelligent Network (IN) concepts and telecom protocols.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH and networking fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding about incident management and ticket handling

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a 24×7 production support environment (rotational shifts).
- Quick learner with a willingness to acquire new technologies and domain knowledge.
- Good team player with a proactive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
