Perform daily operations of Generator Stator Bars/ Green Bars & Assembly in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 19443 standards, following the SQDC approach to achieve shift-wise targets as per standard work instructions. Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.

Your Role:
- Follow Organization EHS guidelines & participate actively in all EHS activities & initiatives.
- Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS & Quality and report all safety incidents as per EHS guidelines.
- Perform & assign activities in line with work specific regulatory compliance and organizational EHS policy.
- Competent for assessment of risks & hazards associated with the task & respective mitigation actions.
- Undergo required EHS trainings to work safely & perform tasks in safe manner. Shall acquire the respective authorization/training before performing an activity.
- Ensure that all Contract workers are performing the assigned activity safely while working with you or nearby area.




- Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and risk related to activities of Generator Stator Assembly.
- Understanding of nuclear safety culture and ITNS-I & A (Key To Nuclear Safety
- Item & Activity).
- Review and understanding of shop documents like MOPs, SOPs, drawings, KSL and FMEAs and control Plans.
- Responsible for performing preparatory work, setup, and precise quality measurements for Stator Bars manufacturing operations.-
- Operate manual and power tools, handle chemicals safely, and ensure compliance with 5S and Kaizen principles.
- Perform Welding operations (Microplasma and Tig).
- Tests: Responsible to perform in process tests like Inter strand tests, Water flow/Air flow test, leaks & pressure test, Resistance measurements etc.
- Monitor production, adjust tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support uninterrupted generator assembly operations.
