Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Bookings Management:
Ensure punctuality and protocol adherence by nannies.
Engage with parents to resolve queries, gather feedback, manage disputes, and facilitate nannies in improving their service delivery.
Build strong relationships with nannies so they trust you and will listen to you.
Nanny Supply Chain:
Interview potential nannies, both online and offline.
Manage processes at the Supply Hub in Belandur
Demand Generation:
Cultivate demand by engaging with parents through video interviews
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Based in south Bangalore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tech native, very comfortable with technology
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and handle disputes diplomatically.
