Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to plan and execute events and community initiatives across Bangalore. The role involves event operations, artist and influencer coordination, marketing support, budgeting, logistics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan,manage and Host open mics, workshops, live gigs, and community events.
- Handle registrations, confirmations, attendance, and participant databases.
- Coordinate with artists, instructors, influencers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage artist and influencer sourcing, negotiations, schedules, deliverables, logistics, and payments.
- Ensure venue, equipment, soundcheck, and event setup are completed on time.
- Coordinate event photography, videos, editing, and social media content.
- Prepare monthly event plans, budgets, and marketing plans for all three cities.




- Coordinate with Community Associates in Delhi and Hyderabad.
- Track event expenses, performance, attendance, and community growth.
- Manage the dispatch and collection of instruments and event materials.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure events follow approved plans and budgets.

Requirements:
- Experience in community management, events, artist coordination, or a related role.
- Robust communication, negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working flexible hours and travelling when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
