Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Kannada language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Teach Kannada reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student performance reports.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Incorporate Kannada literature, stories, and cultural elements into lessons.
- Support students with varying learning abilities and provide additional assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM:
- Additional duties may be assigned during school events and activities.
