Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Handle hiring for mid-level, senior, and critical positions across various functions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct headhunting to build strong talent pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications,



and hiring priorities.
- Work closely with the HR Head to support strategic recruitment initiatives and improve overall hiring efficiency and quality.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR operations and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in hiring for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong experience in handling senior, niche, and critical hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and headhunting techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹529,151.58 per year
