About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and consistently achieving lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective B2B customers across India, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Software/SaaS,



Enterprise IT, Engineering Services, Smart Infrastructure, or Digital Solutions is preferred.
- Exposure to international lead generation is an advantage.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including solid cross-cultural communication for international outreach.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar sales intelligence and prospecting platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of software products and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent research, lead qualification, and prospecting skills.
