Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support data analysis activities using Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools to generate meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain project documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Communicate project updates and requirement clarifications effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Assist with change management activities,



including documentation, user communication, and training support.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Skilled Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.Exposure to the Insurance, Financial Services, or Technology domain is an advantage.

Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic SQL for data analysis.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
- Understanding of requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or BPMN is preferred.
- Exposure to reporting or visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus but not mandato
