Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance and Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per schedule.
- Verify dispatch documentation, invoices, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain dispatch records.
- Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products before dispatch.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- Manage and train dispatch staff to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Valuable knowledge of dispatch procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
