Night Supervisor in a paper mill is responsible for ensuring smooth, protected, and efficient production operations during the night shift.

Monitor paper manufacturing processes and worker and labour performance.

Coordinate with machine operators, helpers, and technicians.

Assign duties to night shift worker and contractor labour.

Supervison attendance, discipline, and work performance.

Conduct safety inspections during the shift.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel for emergency repairs.

Record machine breakdowns and maintenance requirements.

Supervison machine performance, downtime, quality issues, and manpower details.

Submit reports to production managers

Monitor and cross check the worker and labour attendance during the night shift

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 4 years (preferred)
