Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to enquiries and potential leads.
- Explain course/program details clearly and professionally.
- Follow up regularly with interested students/clients.
- Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries.
- Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions (as applicable).
- Maintain quality, clarity, and politeness in every interaction.
- Coordinate with the counsellor/management team for updates.
- Support front office and counselling activities when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Solid verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to maintain records and follow-up discipline.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and reliability.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
