Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries received through various sources.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records in Excel.
- Follow up with client for recent orders & annual maintenance contract.
- Coordinate with the sales teams regarding customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
