Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and leading the complete execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget control, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of residential construction projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and contracts
- Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and review their performance
- Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MIS/progress reports
- Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers,



and construction teams
- Ensure smooth project completion, quality checks, and final handover

Skills Required:
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction
- Expertise in project planning, estimation, billing, and cost control
- Solid contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera / MS Project, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 12-18 years of experience in residential construction
- Minimum 5 years in a senior project management/leadership role

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings, luxury apartments, villas, townships, and gated communities:
- Strong exposure to RCC construction, finishing, MEP coordination, quality control, contracts, billing, and project handover

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,00
