Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, vouchers, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and accounting transactions.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, cash flow projections, and fund planning for ongoing projects and business operations.
- Prepare and monitor annual and project-wise budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Monitor actual expenses against budgets and prepare budget variance analysis with appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage working capital requirements and ensure optimum utilization of available funds.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, and other applicable statutory and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoicing, collections, payments, expense control,



and project-wise cost management.
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding balances.
- Maintain and review vendor, contractor, customer, and project-wise reconciliations.
- Prepare project-wise profitability reports, cost statements, and financial performance reports.
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost overruns, financial discrepancies, and areas for cost optimization.
- Liaise with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, consultants, banks, and government/statutory authorities for audits, assessments, inspections, and compliance matters.
- Ensure all financial and accounting records are accurate, complete, updated, and maintained as per statutory requirements.
