About the Role

Number7 AI builds AIdaptIQ — an AI platform that runs document-heavy workflows end to end: reading invoices, purchase orders and statements, validating them, and posting clean, reconciled data straight into systems like QuickBooks, Tally, and SAP.

This isn't a product looking for its first customer. We're already live across the segments we sell into. An outsourcing provider processes over 50,000 documents a month with us and has cut manual workload by 87% — no more rekeying the same information from one system into another. A logistics operator and a multi-location restaurant group both run our intelligence directly through our API, inside their own systems. And for a GCC specialist, we mapped their entire procure-to-pay process end to end — over 85% of the steps are now automated or gone completely, with only the genuine judgement calls left to people. What we don't yet have is a dedicated sales function — and that's the seat we're hiring for.

Everyone in this space talks about extraction — how well a tool reads a document. We're the best at that,



but extraction is table stakes. The bigger thing we're doing is making entire processes obsolete.

Accounting firms, bookkeepers, GCCs, and BPOs have spent years buying expensive licences for a stack of tools that still leave people manually shuttling data between systems. We replace that stack. Whole categories of work — rekeying, cross-checking, chasing exceptions — simply stop existing. That's not a better version of the incumbent product; it's a different answer to the question, and it's why document-heavy workflows are being redefined around what we do rather than what they've always done. You'd be selling that story to a market that hasn't heard it yet.
