Job Title: Billing Engineer

Experience - 1+ years

Syncotts International is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, cost tracking, and documentation while coordinating with project, site, and finance teams.

Responsibility:
- Prepare, process, and certify Running Account (RA) bills and related documentation for clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to take accurate joint measurements of completed work alongside site engineers and client representatives
- Thoroughly analyze the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate cost estimation and billing.
- Prepare detailed rate analyses for extra items or variations in the contract scope and secure approvals from the client.
- Able to analyse survey sheet and prepare Reduced level sheet accordindly.
- Monitoring site expenditure as per the BOQ items and keeping a record of the same.
- Prepare project schedule according to BOQ in coordination with Project Manager.




- MIS reports on quantity and financial aspects of projects execution as per pre-approved details and billing status
- Record keeping of all the necessary documents pertaining to the job description and monthly submission of the same.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience with government department billing (CPWD/PWD/DDA, etc.) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Note - Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
