Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions and concepts with the design team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor performance and submit reports.
- Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
- Create monthly social media calendars and campaign ideas.

Important Practical & Agency-Specific Responsibilities:
Manage social media for multiple clients.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and updates.
- Prepare monthly content calendars strategically.
- Work closely with design/video teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure posts go live as per the schedule.
- Maintain records of creatives, captions, and campaign data.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Follow platform guidelines to avoid copyright issues.




- Stay updated with new features and trends.
- Handle client feedback and ensure timely revisions.
- Support agency campaigns and festival posts.
- Identify content opportunities during shoots or events.
- Ensure quality control: error-free captions, correct hashtags, and on-brand visuals.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze insights and improve performance.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads is a plus.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
