Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Developer with strong expertise in Reltio/Informatica MDM, Master Data Management, and the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions, integrating with CRM and ERP systems, and supporting data governance, stewardship, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions using Reltio/Informatica MDM.
- Implement and maintain data ingestion, data modeling, matching, cleansing, survivorship, and outbound processes.
- Integrate MDM solutions with CRM and ERP platforms.
- Analyze customer data lifecycle, business processes, and data touchpoints across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
- Define and implement data quality, matching, merging, and stewardship workflows.
- Support Data Governance and Data Stewardship activities including:
- Manual Merge
- Unmerge
- Hierarchy Management
- Workflow Management
- Data Curation
- Survivorship

- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality throughout the MDM project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MDM and data management.

- Understanding of healthcare data hierarchies, affiliations, and relationship management concepts.
- Knowledge of GxP compliance and regulated pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality practices.
- Ability to perform data analysis and query validation using SQL.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience delivering MDM projects independently.
