Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter Blue Collar Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and field roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mass hiring and solid coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar roles such as Operators.
- Source candidates through job drives, Campus placement, referrals and walk-ins
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with site managers
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements




- Support attrition replacement and urgent hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in HR / Any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring/Campus Recruitment/Campus Hiring
- Knowledge of local labor markets and wage structures
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to do field recruitment when required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR documentation

Preferred Candidate:

- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
