Role & responsibilities :

The Assistant/Deputy Manager Institutional (Project) Sales will be Responsible for driving cement sales across the assigned territory and adjoining markets by developing business with institutional customers, infrastructure projects, EPC contractors, industrial customers, government agencies, ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants, and large builders.

The role focuses on maximizing sales volumes, improving realization, expanding market share, ensuring timely collections, and delivering superior customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects across Raigarh, Korba, Bilaspur, Janjgir-Champa, Jashpur, and adjoining industrial belts.
- Build robust relationships
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts within the approved pricing framework.
- Ensure profitable sales through effective realization management

Distributor & Supply Chain Coordination





- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for seamless execution of institutional orders.
- Work with logistics and plant dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve supply-related issues proactively to avoid project disruptions.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor pricing, project activity, product positioning, and customer developments.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend sales initiatives.
- Maintain updated information on infrastructure investments, industrial expansion, and government projects within the territory.

Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales pipeline, visit reports, and opportunity tracking in CRM.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, business reviews, and MIS reports.
