We operate a highly tech-enabled store running on 99% RFID inventory tracking, modern cloud frameworks, and MMI software. We are looking for a tech-forward Inventory Executive to take complete ownership of our high-value stock.

The Role We don’t want a traditional, slow data-entry clerk. We need a system-driven techy who treats inventory like a science. You will be the sole gatekeeper of our Gold, Diamond, and Silver assets—ensuring that what sits physically in our safes matches our digital data down to the milligram.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Digital Cataloging: Take clean, high-quality smartphone photos of new jewelry arrivals, tag them with RFID/Barcodes, and upload them accurately into our MMI Software.
- Stock Audits & Reconciliation: Run swift, daily physical and digital checks using our RFID scanning hardware. Catch and resolve any inventory mismatches instantly.




- Silver Bulk-Tracking: Implement and run a strict weight-based tracking system for our high-volume, small silver stock (like coins and bichuwas).
- AI Integration: Use daily AI tools (like ChatGPT/Claude/ etc) to speed up your work, write clean item descriptions, analyze stock movement data, and create daily automated End-of-Day (EOD) reports for the owners.

Who We Are Looking For (Must-Haves):
- The Tech Mindset: You must be a "techy" at heart. You should comfortably use technology, apps, and AI shortcuts in your daily life to make tasks faster and smarter.
- Software Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory. Prior experience with MMI Jewellery software is a huge bonus, but if you are a fast learner, we will train you.
- Detail-Obsessed: You are a perfectionist. A variance of even 0.1 grams should bother you until it's found and corrected.
