Position Summary

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequirement Understanding
- Assist in understanding client requirements and job descriptions.
- Learn to interpret technical and non-technical hiring requirements.
- Support recruiters in prioritizing open positions.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.

Interview Coordination
- Send interview confirmations and reminders.




- Coordinate interview logistics and collect feedback.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain sourcing records and interview status reports.
- Support the team in meeting recruitment turnaround time (TAT) and quality goals.

Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Students pursuing or recently completed:
- MBA (HR)
- BBA
- BE/B.Tech
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree with an interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Based on performance, successful interns may be offered full-time
