- *Lead the overall merchandising strategy* across retail stores and e-commerce to drive sales, profitability, and business growth
- *Manage category planning, assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions,* and seasonal product launches

- *Build and manage relationships with designers, vendors,* and negotiate commercial terms
