About the role

We're a production house with 19 years in film and television: subtitling, dubbing, promos, editing, corporate films, and social media content for a range of clients. We're now extending that production expertise into a new offering: done-for-you podcasts for founders, entrepreneurs, and large corporates, used as a business development and marketing tool to build authority, deepen stakeholder relationships, and tell their story to the audiences that matter, internally and externally.

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to bring in and close new client relationships, primarily founders/entrepreneurs and HR/Corporate Communications leaders at large companies.

This is a senior, relationship-first sales role. You won't be running high-volume outbound, you'll be opening doors with people who already trust you, or who trust you quickly because you understand their world.

Podcasts are a new service line for us. You'd be the first dedicated sales hire for it, shaping how it's positioned and sold from the ground up.



You're backed by 19 years of production credibility, but there isn't yet a client roster or established playbook for podcasts specifically. If you want a role where the pipeline is handed to you, this isn't it. If you want to build something recent on a proven production foundation, and have real influence over how it's sold, priced, and positioned early on, this is exactly that.

What you'll be doing
- Identifying and reaching founders, business leaders, and corporate comms/HR decision-makers who'd benefit from a done-for-you podcast program
- Leveraging your own network and relationships to open conversations; warm introductions matter more here than cold outreach volume
- Understanding each prospect's internal or external communication goals and positioning our offering against them
- Managing a consultative sales cycle from first conversation through to a signed retainer (6-12 month engagements)
- Working closely with the founder on
