Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, client preferences, and design briefs.
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D interior designs.
- Prepare high-quality and realistic 3D renders.
- Create professional 3D walkthroughs / virtual walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Select appropriate materials, colours, textures, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Prepare design presentations and mood boards where required.
- Modify and revise designs based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals when required.
- Provide design details and drawings necessary for project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Maintain professional quality standards throughout the design and presentation process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Robust knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.




- Excellent knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization.
- Ability to create realistic interior renders and 3D walkthroughs.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Blender, or similar software.
- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
