About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop product packaging, product artwork, labels, and visual assets.
- Create engaging posters, banners, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and marketing collateral for both print and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.
- Modify and update existing designs based on business requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory):
- Strong experience in Product Design, Poster Design, and Banner Design:
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience in creating print-ready artwork and production files.




- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
- Understanding of printing processes, materials, and specifications.
- Basic photo editing and image retouching skills.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing product designs, posters, banners, and marketing creative.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in graphic design software will be an added advantage.
