Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can manage our online marketing activities and help grow the company's brand, customer reach, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the company's digital marketing activities.
- Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage company social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage the monthly social media content plan.
- Increase website traffic, social media followers, engagement, and online reach.
- Plan and execute campaigns for products, offers, and recent launches.
- Manage SEO activities to improve Google search rankings.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer and content team for posts, videos, reels, and other content.
- Check digital campaign performance and improve campaigns when required.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Track important data such as leads, clicks, traffic, sales, and campaign cost.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Monitor competitors and current digital marketing trends.




- Use AI tools to improve content creation, research, marketing, and reporting.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and other digital marketing vendors.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets.

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or D2C experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
