As a Trainee - Machine Shop, you will support daily shopfloor operations and learn core manufacturing processes. You will gain hands-on experience in machine operations and assembly.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day machine shop operations
- Operate and support machines such as punching, drilling, tapping, machining and assembly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow safety guidelines
- Support production targets related to quality and productivity
- Support basic machine setup, measurement, and inspection activities
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow 5S practices in the work area
- Learn and improve technical and operational skills under supervision

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,



ITI orany degree (with willingness to work in machine shop)
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts
- Willingness to work in a shopfloor/production environment

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine shop setting
- Exposure to conventional machining processes (drilling, tapping, punching, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools and inspection methods

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
