About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials such as banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and advertisements.
- Develop creative visuals for branding campaigns and promotional activities.
- Design UI assets, website graphics, icons, and landing page creatives.
- Edit and optimize images for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and After Effects is an added advantage.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating creatives for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Basic understanding of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency is preferred.
