Position: Business Development Manager (Software Sales)

Experience: 5+ Years in Software/IT Sales with at least 2 Years of Team Lead and Team Management experience

Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field)

Language Requirement: Fluent English communication (Written and Verbal)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Drive business growth through software sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, and negotiations.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure target achievement.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and target achievement.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and software solutions.
