We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand’s social media presence, content strategy and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the brand’s overall social media strategy and content calendar.
- Plan and design engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, posts and content series.
- Come up with fresh, relatable and cutting-edge content ideas that reach the right target audience.
- Understand current social media trends and identify which trends can work organically for the brand.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots—including deciding what needs to be shot and how it should be shot.
- Coordinate closely with the in-house/editorial team for professional reels, campaigns and long-form content.
- Work with the provided editor to ensure content is edited according to the brand’s vision.




- Be involved in the end-to-end content process, from ideation to execution and publishing.
- Manage the brand’s digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify and coordinate potential brand collaborations, online tie-ups, creators and relevant companies.
- Research competitors, trends, audience behaviour and emerging opportunities.
- Track social media performance and use insights/data to improve content and reach.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity, tone and communication.
- Take ownership of the brand’s online presence and continuously look for ways to grow it.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media, content, marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media marketing.
- Someone who is creative, hands-on and execution-oriented.
- Good understanding of content creation, storytelling and audience psychology
