HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Employee Onboarding and HR Coordination
3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to IT or Ed-Tech hiring.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and successful offer closures.
- Assist in employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation.
- Experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Hiring, HR Operations, or EdTech Recruitment will be preferred.
- Track recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio and Source Effectiveness.
- Experience using ATS, HRMS and recruitment portals.
- Reporting To: HR Manager / Director - Operations / Co-Founder
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, offer acceptance, and successful offer closures.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct weekly hiring review meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and recruitment partners.
- Forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines.
