Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch sales, collections, operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch sales and collection targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor Sales & Collection teams.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor daily collections, overdue accounts and recovery.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.




- Coordinate with Head Office and drive overall branch growth.

Requirements:
- Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Chit Funds / NBFC / Banking / Finance / Sales.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good customer-handling ability.
- Knowledge of sales and collection operations preferred.
