Sales Manager - DMC

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations/reservations team.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Handle day-to-day sales activities using computer-based systems.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and English - both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive sales ability with a target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, DMC, B2B sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good follow-up skills and a professional attitude.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, good at selling, comfortable with computers, and capable of achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹14,336.20 - ₹35,000.00 per month
