In this role, you will own operation of the end-to-end E-billing platform (Mitratech’s TeamConnect and Collaborati), ensuring the systems, supporting team, and data feeds run reliably to deliver a well-managed legal E-billing service for the legal panel function.What you offer:
- 9-11 years of hands-on experience administering and managing an E-Billing platform (TeamConnect/Mitratech strongly preferred; Legal Tracker, Onit, or SimpleLegal acceptable).




- Experience managing a team and operational service delivery.
- Strong understanding of legal billing, outside counsel guidelines, and invoice review processes.
- Vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
- Process improvement mindset, with the ability to work independently and own outcomes end to end.
