Job Summary

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Improve product-wise sales and profitability.
- Ensure timely collections and outstanding payment control.

Distribution Expansion
- Appoint new Super Stockists and Distributors in potential markets.
- Strengthen and manage the existing distribution network.
- Ensure optimum stock availability and market servicing.
- Increase retail reach and market penetration.

Market Coverage
- Expand product availability across:
- General Trade (GT)
- Contemporary Trade (MT)
- Supermarkets
- Chemists
- Hardware Stores
- Institutions
- Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, mentor,



and motivate Sales Officers and Sales Executives.
- Conduct joint field working and performance reviews.
- Drive productivity and ensure achievement of individual sales targets.

Brand Development
- Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs.
- Ensure proper implementation of schemes and trade offers.
- Maintain effective POSM visibility in the market.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
- Provide actionable market feedback to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
