We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage end-to-end electrical utility shifting operations for our ongoing highway infrastructure project in Kharagpur, West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize and vet detailed utility shifting estimates, BOQs, rate analyses, and supervision charges submitted by state power authorities (WBSEDCL / WBSETCL).
- Supervise in office relocation, stringing, tower raising, pole shifting, and underground cabling for LT, HT (11 kV / 33 kV), and EHT (66 kV / 132 kV / 220 kV) networks within the Right of Way (ROW).
- Coordinate closely with NHAI PIU, Authority Engineer (AE/IE), WBSEDCL/WBSETCL officials, and local administrative bodies to expedite statutory clearances and Permit to Work (PTW) shutdowns.




- Conduct joint site measurement surveys, prepare Joint Measurement Records (JMR), and ensure utility clearance aligns with the project’s construction strip plan.
- Verify contractor work execution, billings, and compliance with CEA safety regulations.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3-8+ years in electrical utility shifting for NHAI / MoRTH / State Highway projects or power transmission/distribution EPC.
- Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of DISCOM/Transco estimation formats, standard schedule of rates (SOR), and field-level shutdown coordination.
- Language: Fluency in Bengali (preferred for departmental liaison) and English/Hindi.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
