About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad programs, university selection, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Guide students on country-specific admission requirements, tuition fees, accommodation, visa process, and university policies.
- Coordinate with university partners for admission updates and offer letters.
- Assist students with enrollment, visa documentation, and pre-departure guidance.
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Deliver a positive counselling experience and maintain strong parent and student relationships.

Required Skills:
- Solid counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in student conversion and admissions counselling.




- Ability to handle documentation and admission processes efficiently.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in MBBS Abroad Admissions, Overseas Education Counselling, Medical Education Counselling, or Student Recruitment.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in education consulting or admission counselling preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Age Limit: 22 to 38 years only:
- Strong understanding of MBBS abroad admission procedures and university selection.
- Experience in handling end-to-end student onboarding and admission processes.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
