Field Operations Executive - Scholarships & Outreach

Location: Bangalore - Base (Language:Must be proficient in Kannada)
Travel: Approximately 75% across India

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scholarship awareness sessions, outreach camps, and community engagement activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and local organizations.
- Plan and execute field visits, workshops, and scholarship drives across assigned regions.
- Maintain outreach records, MIS reports, and provide field insights to improve programs.

What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- 0-4 years of experience in field operations, outreach, education, NGO, sales, or community engagement is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently in field environments.
- Basic knowledge of Google Forms,



Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a passion for education and social impact.
