Your next role
- Reviewing, issuing and coordinating responses to RFPfrom start to finish
- Editing / re-writing boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements;
- Coordinating document design and layout for tender submissions and other documentation in collaboration with technical teams and graphic designers
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management
- Coordinating the standard information reference library, ensuring it is continually updated with current information
- Your skills and experience




- 3-6 years of bid coordination experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to coordinate the bid process and effectively produce bids with multiple parties.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
- APMP membership or certification (desirable)
- Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement and innovation within Corporate Guideline Standards to develop quality bid documentation for Clients;
