Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records of quotations, client interactions, product specifications, and sales documents.
- Track and maintain daily attendance records of the sales team.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the National Sales Manager and sales team.
- Prepare quotations, product specifications, reports, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission of quotations and required documents to clients.




- Follow up on pending requirements and support smooth coordination between clients and the sales team.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities assigned by the NSM.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field. Freshers are also welcome if they have good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
