2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project planning, operations, or related roles. Experience in solar project coordination will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.

Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate the planning and execution of solar projects. The role will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating with internal departments and site teams, tracking project timelines, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from order confirmation to completion and handover.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination_
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and activity trackers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Procurement, Warehouse, Liaison, Accounts, and Site Teams.




- Track project milestones and ensure activities are completed within planned timelines.
- Follow up with respective teams on pending activities and delays.
- Project Documentation_
- Maintain complete project files and documentation from project initiation to handover.
- Prepare and maintain work orders, project checklists, BOQs, drawings, material requirements, and completion records.
- Ensure all project documents are properly updated and filed.
- Site & Execution Coordination_
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors regarding project schedules and requirements.
- Monitor site progress through regular updates and reports.
- Coordinate material requirements with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
- Escalate project delays, technical issues, or resource requirements to the Project Manager/Technical Head.
- Client & Internal Coordination_
- Coordinate project schedules and updates with customers when required.
