Position: Operations Head - Solar EPC

Location: Lucknow / Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Solar EPC (Commercial & Industrial / Rooftop Solar)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations for Solar EPC projects from project handover to commissioning.
- Manage project execution, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and sales teams for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, electrical standards, and safety guidelines.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Resolve project bottlenecks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and site execution teams.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15+ years of experience in Solar EPC operations and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects.
- Experience handling commercial & industrial (C&I;) solar projects.
- Excellent understanding of project management, procurement, and site execution.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HT/LT infrastructure, net metering, and regulatory approvals.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, ERP systems, and project management tools.

Preferred Experience
- Managed multiple Solar EPC projects simultaneously.
- Experience in MW-scale rooftop or utility-scale solar projects.
- Strong vendor and contractor management experience.
