Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data related to client installations, service calls, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Maintain and update customer profiles, contracts, and billing information.
- Prepare and manage reports for daily operations, service schedules, and client follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical teams to log maintenance, repair, or installation updates in the system.
- Cross-check data from field engineers, service teams, and sales departments.
- Handle documentation related to security systems, including compliance and regulatory paperwork.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with internal data protection policies.
- Perform routine data audits and cleanup tasks to maintain database integrity.




- Assist in general administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software (ERP or CRM systems).
- Fast typing speed with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of electronic security systems (preferred, not mandatory).
- Good communication skills—written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with inventory or asset tracking systems.
- Experience handling technical service documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
