Position: Junior Accountant

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹23,500 - ₹28,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and verify journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and contra entries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.

GST Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Reconcile GST input and output tax records.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants regarding GST-related matters.

Financial Reporting
- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements.
- Assist in preparing Balance Sheets and financial reports.




- Monitor expenses and provide periodic financial summaries to management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Bank & Reconciliation Activities
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of GST regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and GST Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in:
- GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Tally Entries and Accoun
