Job Summary

Primebridge is looking for compassionate and responsible nursing professionals to support patients during their hospital visits, surgeries, admissions, and recovery journeys.

As a Patient Care Nurse (CareBuddy Nurse), you will act as a healthcare companion, ensuring patients receive timely assistance, emotional support, and coordination throughout their treatment process.

Responsibilities
- Accompany patients during hospital visits and admissions.
- Assist patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and patient families.
- Monitor patient comfort and basic healthcare needs.
- Assist with medication reminders and discharge processes.
- Support elderly patients and those requiring special care.
- Maintain patient records and update the care coordination team.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient support.

Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing certification preferred.




- 1-5 years of nursing or patient care experience.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and skilled attitude.
- Ability to travel to hospitals.
- Experience in hospital, home care, or patient assistance roles is an advantage.
