Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in the Kolkata for an Export / Import Documentation Executive.
- Preparation of Pre and Post Shipment Export documentation such as Proforma Invoice, Invoice, Packing list
- Application for certificates of origin, LC-related documents
- coordinating with CHA, freight forwarding company and buyer's agent for execution of the export shipments.
- Handling Logistics related communication for export and import shipments
- Maintaining and preparing lisence work like AA, EPCG, IGCR etc

Qualifications
- Graduate and above in any stream, commerce background is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in related field / experience in export/import operations, preferably in apparel, têxtiles, or manufacturing, is desirable.



5 Years + related work-ex is good to have
- Strong export-focused skills, including Export Documentation and Export procedures, with practical experience
- Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management, including accurate record-keeping, filing, and retrieval of shipment-related documents.
- Effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams, logistics partners, banks, and international customers.
- Working knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, letters of credit, and international shipping terms.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
