Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a creative, trend-focused and analytical Social Media Management Executive with experience in Beauty, Fragrance or Personal Care.
- You will manage the social media presence of while supporting ecommerce, influencers and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Identify trends, viral content and new social media formats.
- Manage and coordinate with creative/social media agencies.
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Create ecommerce content such as product creatives, banners and product pages for India, UAE, UK and USA.
- Plan and manage influencer campaigns from selection to performance analysis.
- Create basic social media creatives and presentations using Canva and AI tools.
- Work with Brand, Ecommerce and Marketing teams on launches and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, platform updates and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For?
- Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care or Ecommerce.




- Robust knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
- Experience managing agencies and influencers.
- Good copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to independently create basic creatives when needed.
- Experience with global ecommerce marketplaces is a plus.
