- Role Purpose

Manage end-to-end Stores & Material Flow operations from incoming material receipt to GRN, storage and issue to assembly lines, vendors and internal functions. Ensure timely material availability, inventory accuracy,



traceability and effective material movement while maintaining high standards of 5S, safety, FIFO/FEFO and process discipline.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming material receipt, physical verification, GRN processing, labeling, binning and storage.
- Ensure timely and accurate material issue to assembly/production lines, vendors and internal users.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, reconciliation and systematic stock control.
- Ensure proper handling of rejected, excess, obsolete, returnable and shortage materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Planning, Quality, Production, Vendors and Logistics for material availability and discrepancies. Ensure proper material traceability and smooth flow from Incoming Stores Line/Vendor
- Production.
- Drive 5S, visual management, space utilization and material-flow improvements.
- Technical Skills
- SAP / ERP - GRN, material receipt, issue, transfer and stock transactions.
